Trace Associates Ltd. (TAL) is a limited company incorporated under Cap 212 of the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania with Certificate of Incorporation No. 31449 issued on 7th February, 1997. Trace Associates is an indigenous enterprise wholly owned by Tanzanians comprising three directors and several associates and support staff. All three directors are professionals in the fields of valuation (including Computerization of fixed assets register) estate agency, property management and project appraisal.
One of the directors specializes in financial analysis. has ten qualified valuers including the directors. To supplement its expertise in industrial valuation,Trace Associates Limited may seek the services of industrial specialist. The firm has a close working relationship with other global professional institutions like African Real Estate Society (AFRES).
