Urban Land Management

Parallel to Property Management, TAL would be offering Urban Land Management Services. TAL envisages that such urban services as cleaning, waste management (Particularly solid waste) and the management of urban infrastructure will, in line with global preference for privatization, be passed to private entrepreneurs to operate.

Following the nature of staffing, TAL has strong capability to offer these urban management services. TAL would also offer consultancy services as may be required by international agencies for the better management of the urban environment.
